Short Pasta(penne) with Garlic Miso Powder and Minced Meat
Ingredients (1serving) Penne:50g/Sliced cheese:1/Garlic miso powder:1tsp/Onion : half/Ground beef and pork : 20g/Parsley:5g
*Drain the boiled penne in a strainer, return it to the pot, add the cheese, melt it and dress it with garlic miso powder. *Make it quickly before the cheese hardens.
Use as a salt substitute. Great on collards, chard, I routinely add it to scrambled eggs, excellent product.

It's not like red miso paste, but has some of the flavor. Much more convenient to use.
Adds a nice bit of flavor to anything. I do wish I'd gotten a shaker to put it in as the bags zipper can be finicky. Still, I would buy it again.
The miso powder is versatile and yummy! I been putting it with most of my Asian dishes and it is full of flavor, a seasoning that enhances that umami flavor. I love it on my soup and noodle the most.
