Green tea
The refreshing green tea and the gentle sweetness of the walnut mochi go perfectly together.
I was really looking forward to these, but they're unfortunately really sweet compared to other products from the the company. The walnut bits taste rancid, as well. I will certainly never re-purchase these.
Delicious Japanese snack and Japanese Mom approved!
I'm a big fan of this company's sakura mochi, in fact I have them on auto-ship. This walnut flavor has the same softly chewy consistency and slight sweetness BUT I don't know, they just taste kind of weird. Not a fan of these.
I wanted to enjoy these, but sadly they were far too sweet. The walnut flavor is nice and mild, but was overpowered by the sweetness. Each serving has 24g added sugar! They were really soft, wish they had just a little more chewiness to them. I wanted to bring some on the go but they melted onto the individual packages, causing a sticky mess.
These walnut mochi candies have a pleasant chewy texture, but the flavor is a bit too mild for my taste. The individually wrapped pieces are convenient, and they offer a nostalgic touch of traditional Japanese sweets. While they're enjoyable, I was hoping for a bit more flavor punch.
