Used for making miso soup. Was perfect and just what I was looking for.
I made miso butter with this and served it on lighty smoke salmon. It was great! I'm not a fan of salmon but I enjoyed it fixed this way. It's also good over grilled Japanese eggplant. It's also a good size. Before I could only find it in pound packages, which is too much for us, and I end up throwing it away. I'll going to try miso soup next.
