USING HOME-GROWN CROPS
We use yuzu and red chili peppers cultivated in a private farm. For the yuzu, we use the peel of a fully ripe, fragrant yellow yuzu. Yuzu peel is higher nutritious than the pulp, containing nutrients such as vitamin C and pectin.
It’s ok. Like regular Chinese red hot sauce. Nothing special.
This was a new taste for me and I found it addictive. When I got it I tried a little on the tip of my finger. I went to work on my PC, and ended getting up and trying more. Then again and again. It's hot, but not too hot and the citrus flavor is in there as well... It's excellent.
I add this paste to my soups and sometimes to other dishes. I like it a lot. It is spicy but not overly spicy. It's very rich in flavor so you will just need a little bit at a time. If you use it properly it will last you for a while. It's a small pack but a little bit goes a long way. I highly recommend trying this paste.
