How To Prepare (For one person)

Using a bamboo whisk (chasen) and tea bowl

Step1: Add 1 or 2 tablespoon of Matcha powder into a cup or Matcha Bowl

Step2: Add 60cc of Hot Water. For best result, Use water just under a boil.

Step3: Whisk vigorously in a zig zag motion (Move like a M shape) until the tea is frothy.
