Organic Sencha from Uji, Kyoto

Sencha is the most commonly consumed green tea in Japan, accounting for approximately 70% of the total amount distributed in Japan. Because the tea leaves are exposed to plenty of sunlight and grow thick, they are characterized by their deep green color and deep, mellow aroma.

Among them, organic tea accounts especially for only 4% of domestic production.

This extremely valuable tea also makes a great gift.

The Secret to Deliciousness Is

The Blend and Manufacturing Method

Tea experts carefully assess the quality of tea leaves every year. We mainly use the first harvest varieties of "Yabukita" and "Saemidori".

Furthermore, far-infrared roasting and pasteurization brings out the original impactful aroma of tea and the full flavor of the tea leaves.

Green tea and lemons are both high in nutrition. It can be a great addition to a healthy diet. When making cold brew sencha, you can make a refreshing lemon sencha by soaking it with lemon slices and garnishing it with mint.

Taste good and Healthy

Hope you can enjoy bitter taste with healthy stuff with continuous drinking those.Matter of facts, if adding sweet, most function will be loosing, that is in contained bitter taste with corofil and catechin and carotenoid much more in beta emitter. That is calling "feed and back system" in the body with tremendous particles in grrenaly ,that is especially electron activities plus and minas. At US, bitter taste is only with medication drugs but that is poor I think to keep your health and sense as you know doggie and natural creatures eat bitter things.

Enjoying the tea

I finally had to purchase a 2ccup ceramic tea pot with a tea infuser from Amazon. I could find neither here in Orange county, CA. I've been pouring the tea after brewing though a small strainer. I still enjoyed the tea. I will be buying a larger bag for my home use.
