✅ Sakura and Matcha are two components that symbolize the tradition of Japan. Both Matcha and Sakura (Cherry Blossom) are cherished by the Japanese for centuries as the pride of the country. Our Sakura Matcha Tea is a perfect blend that captures the harmony of these two iconic elements.

✅ We have carefully selected the leaves of Izu’s "Oshimazakura" cherry blossom or sakura as it has an fantastic fragrant aroma. After the Sakura Matcha Tea leaves are picked, they are immediately dried, and then ground with a stone mill and combined with Japanese matcha. The harmonious combination of these two ingredients results in rich umami flavors, a bright and vibrant matcha green color, and all natural, no artificial fragrance.

✅"Oshimazakura" Cherry Blossom is an edible variety of sakura or chery blossom, which contains rich, sweet coumarin. Coumarin is a type of aromatic component commonly found in sakura leaves. Our Sakura Matcha Tea is created from the salted leaves of "Sakurayu" and "Oshimazakura" Sakura Blossoms, which naturally contain high levels of these coumarin compound. This then results in the wonderful aromatic and floral scent of our Sakura Matcha Green Tea, without the use of artificial fragrance.

✅ Our Sakura Matcha Tea is exquisitely blended to highlight the refreshing floral aroma of sakura cherry blossoms and the elegant, smooth taste of matcha. This harmonious fusion lifts your spirits while evoking the beauty of Japan. The ancient name of sakura cherry blossoms is "Konohana." Since the Heian period, the term "Konohana" or "Flowers" have been synonymous with Sakura in Japan, signifying their deep cultural importance.

✅Easily enjoy Japanese Cherry Blossom Tea with our Sakura Matcha Tea. It can be prepared the traditional way by whisking it in a matcha bowl, as if your were making normal matcha. It can also be enjoyed cold an Matcha Latte, Iced Matcha Latte, or in various matcha or sakura drink recipes. You can also enjoy it by sprinkling it on a dish as toppings or mixing with various dishes as seasoning. It is also a perfect item for making matcha sweets, sakura drinks, or adding a taste of sakura matcha to other confectioneries items.

Very mild

Quite delightful with oat milk and a bit of honey. It needs more careful sifting than other matcha I’ve used, so don’t be me with a lumpy first cup and half your mix stuck to the bottom of the cup. Sift well.

Just like the others are saying👍

This stuff is great. Usually I don't bother leaving reviews but this deserves it. The Sakura compliments it so well without overpowering the flavor of the tea, and has a nice balance to it. I'm for sure getting more in the future.

As expected

I make lattes with it. 1 tsp powder, 2 tsp sugar diluted in 3 tbls warm water. Then add that mixture to a cup of milk and steam. It tastes very good and the powder will last me awhile. I'll buy again.
