I drink a lot of green tea and usually have 10-15 different varieties at home. This is among my favorites. The tightly rolled leaves bloom to about 10 times their dried size when steeped. I usually steep for longer than the prescribed time--about 3-4 minutes--because I love the full-bodied, deeply vegetal taste of this delicious green tea. This is a true gem among the many Sencha teas I've tried. If you're a fan of vegetal green teas, don't miss out on this one.
