📍 Warehouse & Fulfillment Information:

We are based in Japan and also operate local warehouses in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and Australia.If your ordered item is available in one of these local warehouses, we will prioritize local shipping.
If not, the item will be shipped directly from Japan.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship globally, depending on product availability and destination.
Orders may be shipped from local warehouses or from Japan if local stock is not available.

2. Shipping Times & Methods

Orders over $50: Free international shipping.
$0–$89: Shipped via Small Packet from Japan (approx. 15–40 days). Please note that tracking may not be available depending on the destination country.
$89 and above: Shipped via EMS from Japan (approx. 1 week) with tracking.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to customs or local delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Orders under $50: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Orders over $50: Free shipping as outlined above.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking numbers will be provided when available. Please note that Small Packet shipping may not include tracking for some countries

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed).
Requests made more than 7 days after the product’s arrival will not qualify for returns.
Products that have been opened or used (except in cases of defects) will not qualify for returns due to food safety regulations.
