This sakura black tea does not contain any artificial flavoring or coloring, which gives it a natural aroma and taste. In addition, unlike regular black tea, edible sakura leaves are blended to enhance the aroma of sakura cherry blossoms.

Japanese Sakura and Culture

Sakura is a beloved spring flower in Japan.

When the cherry blossoms start to bloom, we feel the arrival of spring.

During the sakura season, Japanese people love to go Hanami (Cherry Blossom Viewing).

We love enjoying beautiful cherry blossom scenery with friends and family.

Sakura Floral Scent - You can enjoy the natural floral aroma of sakura cherry blossoms while drinking this sakura black tea. Enjoy a relaxing moment with a cup of sakura black tea and embrace Japanese spring, whilst also enjoying the flavors of black tea
Using 100% Japanese Black Tea - We have carefully selected "Benifuuki", a black tea cultivar which is grown in Kagoshima Prefecture for this Sakura Black Tea, Black tea tea bag. Japanese black tea is rare in Japan, as the country focuses predominately on high quality green tea production. As a result, around 80% of Japanese tea plantations are focused on green tea production, making Japanese black tea scarse. We have used the 1st harvested of Japanese black tea loose leafs, which has been carefully aged for 1 year to create the ideal fermentation of black tea leaves
Blend of Natural and Pickled Sakura Leaves - We have carefully selected the best edible sakura leaves, or cherry blossom leaves from Shizuoka Prefecture, an area renowed for its charry blossom blooms. By blending edible and pickled sakura leaves with Japanese black tea, it produces a natural floral scent with a fruity flavor from the black tea, creating a harmonious sakura tea
No Artificial Fragrance and Coloring - This sakura black tea, or cherry blossom tea is made using only Japanese black tea and sakura leaves, or cherry blossom leaves. It is made without using any artificial flavoring or coloring, which creates a natural and refreshing sakura black tea
Easy to Make Milk Tea - Can be enjoyed not just as a straight sakura tea, but you can pour milk into this sakura black tea and make a flavourful sakura milk tea to be enjoyed at home or at work. It pairs wonderfully during breakfast and tea time, as well as with sweets and confectionary items. You can make your own drink recipe by using this sakura black tea any way you like.
