Scope and Policy Boundaries

This policy governs order changes, cancellations, subscriptions, and pre-orders.

Please note that:

  • Matters related to shipping, delivery times, and tracking are governed by our Shipping Policy.
  • Matters related to refunds, damaged items, or incorrect products are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

1. General Order Cancellation

After an order is placed, cancellation may not always be possible, especially if:

  • The order has already been processed; or
  • The order has already been shipped (even if a tracking number is not yet available).

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is still possible.

2. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you agree to the following:

  • Full payment will be charged at the time of purchase.
  • Your order will be fulfilled when the product becomes available.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders:

  • You may cancel your pre-order only if it has not yet been shipped.
  • If the order has already been shipped (even if no tracking number has been issued yet), cancellation may no longer be possible.
  • Once the item has been delivered, any refund request will be handled under our Returns & Refund Policy.

4. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If subscription products are offered in the future:

  • You will receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription plan you select.
  • Payments will be charged automatically according to the subscription schedule.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled.

How to Cancel a Subscription:

  • You may cancel your subscription after your third subscription cycle.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email, or by contacting us directly.
  • Cancellation must be requested at least 5 business days before the next scheduled shipment.

No Guarantee of Cancellation
Submission of a cancellation or modification request does not guarantee that the request can be fulfilled. Orders may be processed or dispatched quickly, and once processing or shipment has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Important Notes

  • Requests for cancellation submitted too close to shipment may not be accepted.
  • If an item has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible even if tracking information is not yet visible.
  • Any refund after delivery will be handled under the Returns & Refund Policy.

6.Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update or modify this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will apply to orders placed after the updated policy is published on our website.
