For the Matcha🍵

Matcha powder: 1.5 g
• Hot water (80–90°C): 60–70 ml

For the Sakura Latte Base🌸

• Sakura Latte Powder: 15–16 g
• Hot water: 50 ml
• Water: 70 ml
• Syrup: to taste
• Ice: as needed

Instructions

1 Sift the matcha powder (1.5 g) into a bowl using a tea strainer.
2 Add a small amount of hot water and mix into a smooth paste.
3 Pour in 60-70 ml of hot water and whisk briskly in an “M” or “W” motion until fine bubbles form.
4 In a glass, dissolve the sakura latte powder with 50 ml of hot water.
5 Add water and syrup (if desired), then stir well.
6 Add ice to the glass.
7 Gently pour the prepared matcha over the top to finish. 🌸🍵
