Minced Beef 250 g
Onion 50 g
Breadcrumbs 20 g
A pinch of salt and pepper

Vegetable Stock 1 packet
Water 400 mL

How to Make

1 Remove the thick core of the cabbage and blanch the rest. Chop the onion and carrot.
2 Mix [A] well and divide into 4 equal parts. Roll it up in 2 layers of cabbage and bind with toothpicks.
3 Put [B] and step 2 in a pot and simmer over medium heat. When they are soft, add [C] and simmer briefly.
