Ingredients (2 serving)

Garlic miso powder 1 tsp
Sweet corn 300 g
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Mirin(Sweet sake) 1/2 tsp

How to make

1 Wet the corn with husk with water, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 1000W for about 1 minute and 10 seconds.
2 Cut into 6 pieces and place on aluminum foil. Mix garlic miso powder, soy sauce, and mirin together and spread on the corn.
3 Bake in a toaster for 10 minutes.
