Ingredients (5 Puddings)

Hojicha Powder 2 tbsp(8 g)
Milk 300 mL
Sugar 35 g
Powdered gelatin 5 g

How to make

1 Pour water over gelatin to soften it.
2 Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar, then add the hojicha powder and mix.
3 Turn off heat and add gelatin to dissolve. Strain through a colander and dissolve the hojicha powder grains well.
4 Pour into a cup, let cool, then put in the refrigerator to harden and ready.
