| Hojicha Powder | 2 tbsp(8 g) |
| Milk | 300 mL |
| Sugar | 35 g |
| Powdered gelatin | 5 g |
How to make
| 1 Pour water over gelatin to soften it. |
| 2 Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar, then add the hojicha powder and mix. |
| 3 Turn off heat and add gelatin to dissolve. Strain through a colander and dissolve the hojicha powder grains well. |
| 4 Pour into a cup, let cool, then put in the refrigerator to harden and ready. |
