| Rice (washed) | 1/2 cup |
| Hojicha (roasted green tea) | 600 cc |
| Dashi stock | to taste |
How to make
| 1 Place the rice and hojicha in a pot and heat over medium heat. |
| 2 Once it comes to a boil, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. If the liquid reduces too much, gradually add more hojicha. |

3 Cook until the desired consistency is reached. For extra flavor, you can add salt or dashi to taste. |
