Ingredients(1 pound cake mold)

White Chocolate 200 g
Heavy Cream 100 mL
Egg 2
Matcha paste 1 1/2tbsp

How to Make

1 Melt the white chocolate and add the cream, matcha paste, and eggs in that order, then mix well.
2 Pour into the mold and bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes.
3 Once baked, let it cool and then refrigerate in the mold.
4 Remove from the mold and cut to your desired size.
