Ingredients(1 pound cake mold)
| White Chocolate | 200 g |
| Heavy Cream | 100 mL |
| Egg | 2 |
| Matcha paste | 1 1/2tbsp |
How to Make
| 1 Melt the white chocolate and add the cream, matcha paste, and eggs in that order, then mix well. |
| 2 Pour into the mold and bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes. |
| 3 Once baked, let it cool and then refrigerate in the mold. |
| 4 Remove from the mold and cut to your desired size. |
