Ingredients(About 20 pieces)
| Flour | 115 g |
| Unsalted Butter | 60 g |
| Sugar | 50g |
| Matcha paste | 1 tbsp |
How to Make
| 1 Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth. |
| 2 Add the flour and matcha paste to A and knead well. |
| 3 Shape into a 2cm diameter log, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. |
| 4 Remove the plastic wrap, cut into 1.5cm pieces and place on a baking tray. |
| 5 Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool it after baking and it's ready. |
