Ingredients(About 20 pieces)

Flour 115 g
Unsalted Butter 60 g
Sugar 50g
Matcha paste 1 tbsp

How to Make

1 Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth.
2 Add the flour and matcha paste to A and knead well.
3 Shape into a 2cm diameter log, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
4 Remove the plastic wrap, cut into 1.5cm pieces and place on a baking tray.
5 Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool it after baking and it's ready.
