Milk 75 mL
Matcha paste 1 1/2 tbsp

How to Make

1 In a bowl, combine the pancake mix, egg, milk, and matcha paste. Mix gently until smooth.
2 Heat a non-stick pan over low to medium heat. Lightly grease if necessary.
3 Pour the batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden.
4 Transfer to a plate and add your favorite toppings such as fresh cream or red bean paste.
