Ingredients(2 puddings)

Milk 200 mL
Honey 3 g
Powdered gelatin 75 mL
Matcha paste 1 1/2 tbsp
Toppings (fresh cream, fruits, etc.) As you like

How to Make

1 Soak the gelatin powder in hot water.
2 Add the milk, honey, and matcha paste to a saucepan and heat over low heat while stirring well.
3 When all is mixed, turn off the heat and add 1.
4 Place in a bowl, chill until it harden, then it's ready.
