Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry with Miso Paste Malted Rice

Ingredients (1~2 servings)

Pork(thinly sliced) 200 g
Cabbage, roughly chopped 1 cup
Miso Paste Malted Rice 1 tbsp
Green bell pepper, sliced 1
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Sugar (optional) 1 tsp
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
A pinch of black pepper
A small amount of shredded chili pepper (ito togarashi), for garnish

How to Make

1 Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage into large pieces and slice the green pepper.
2 Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until lightly browned.
3 Add the cabbage and green pepper to the pan and stir-fry until slightly tender but still crisp.
4 Add rice koji miso, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well so the ingredients are evenly coated with the flavorful sauce.
5 Transfer to a plate and garnish with shredded chili pepper for a bright color and gentle heat.
