| Cabbage, roughly chopped | 1 cup |
| Miso Paste Malted Rice | 1 tbsp |
| Green bell pepper, sliced | 1 |
| Soy sauce | 1 tsp |
| Sugar (optional) | 1 tsp |
| Vegetable oil | 1 tbsp |
| A pinch of black pepper | |
| A small amount of shredded chili pepper (ito togarashi), for garnish |
How to Make
| 1 Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cabbage into large pieces and slice the green pepper. |
| 2 Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until lightly browned. |
| 3 Add the cabbage and green pepper to the pan and stir-fry until slightly tender but still crisp. |
| 4 Add rice koji miso, soy sauce, and sugar. Stir well so the ingredients are evenly coated with the flavorful sauce. |
| 5 Transfer to a plate and garnish with shredded chili pepper for a bright color and gentle heat. |
