How to make
| 1 Boil the spinach, then soak it in cold water. Squeeze out the excess water thoroughly, add the seasonings, and mix well. |
| 2 Mix the ground chicken with the seasonings. Cook in a pan over medium heat, stirring until fully cooked. |
| 3 Serve over a bowl of rice. Sprinkle wasabi furikake on top and enjoy. |
