Sanshoku Donburi (chicken, scramble, spinach) with wasabi furikake

Ingredients(2 servings)

Wasabi Furikake 2/3 tbsp
Rice Appropriate amount
Scrambled egg
Eggs 2
Sweet sake 1 tsp
Salt Small amount
Minced Chicken
Ground chicken 100 g
Sugar 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Grated ginger Small amount
Spinach
Spinach 80 g
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Sesame oil 1/2 tsp

How to make

1 Boil the spinach, then soak it in cold water. Squeeze out the excess water thoroughly, add the seasonings, and mix well.
2 Mix the ground chicken with the seasonings. Cook in a pan over medium heat, stirring until fully cooked.
3 Serve over a bowl of rice. Sprinkle wasabi furikake on top and enjoy.
