How to make
| 1 Gently press the tofu with kitchen paper to remove any additional moisture. |
| 2 Place the tofu in a bowl, mash with a spatula until smooth. Add [A] and 2 tbsp of cake flour and mix. |
| 3 Add oil to a frying pan and heat to 170°C (338℉) before frying. |
