Ingredients(2 servings)

Tofu 1/2 packet(150g)
Cake Flour 3 tbsp
[A]
Minced Chicken Breast 200 g
Green Onion 70 g
Natto Koji 2 tbsp
Salad Oil Appropriate amount
Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
Curry Powder 1 tbsp
Pepper To taste

How to make

1 Gently press the tofu with kitchen paper to remove any additional moisture.
2 Place the tofu in a bowl, mash with a spatula until smooth. Add [A] and 2 tbsp of cake flour and mix.
3 Add oil to a frying pan and heat to 170°C (338℉) before frying.

Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, these Japanese-style nuggets are packed with savory umami.
