Step 1 — Browse Products / 商品を選ぶ

Step 2 — Add to Cart / カートに追加

Click “Add to Cart” and proceed when ready.

→ 数量を選択し、「Add to Cart」をクリックしてください。

Step 3 — Checkout / ご注文手続き

Enter your shipping details:

• Full name
• Complete address (including postal code)
• Phone number
• Email address

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Step 4 — Order Confirmation / 注文確定

After payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.

→ ご注文後、確認メールが送信されます（この時点では未発送）。

Step 5 — Shipment / 発送

Orders are typically shipped within 1–5 business days. Once the package is handed to the carrier, it is considered “shipped.”

→ 通常1〜5営業日以内に発送手配を行います。
→ 物流業者へ引き渡された時点で「発送済み」となります。

Step 6 — Tracking / 追跡

Tracking information will be provided when available. Once an order has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible, even if tracking information has not yet been updated.
Updates may take 1–3 business days to appear.

→ 物流番号は発送後に共有されますが、反映まで時間がかかる場合があります。
