| Koji Grain Miso | 1/2 tbsp |
| Mirin (Sweet Sake) | 1/2 tbsp |
| Soy Sauce | 1 tsp |
How to Make
| 1 Remove the seed from the avocado and cut the flesh into 5mm pieces. |
| 2 Mix [A] in an antibacterial bag, add avocado and soak. |
| 3 Leave it for about an hour, then remove [A] and serve in a bowl. |
| * Be careful not to leave them soaked for too long as it will turn black. |
