Avocado pickled in Koji Grain Miso

Ingredients (2 servings)

Avocado 1/2
[A]
Koji Grain Miso 1/2 tbsp
Mirin (Sweet Sake) 1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1 tsp

How to Make

1 Remove the seed from the avocado and cut the flesh into 5mm pieces.
2 Mix [A] in an antibacterial bag, add avocado and soak.
3 Leave it for about an hour, then remove [A] and serve in a bowl.
* Be careful not to leave them soaked for too long as it will turn black.
