Chicken Sukiyaki with Tamari Soy Sauce

Ingredients(2 serving)

Chicken thigh 250 g
Konjac noodles 200 g
Green onion 200 g
Grilled tofu 200 g
Crown daises As needed
Vegetable oil 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Tamari Soy Sauce 2 tbsp

How to Make

1 Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken and green onion.
2 Add sugar and tamari soy sauce (1 tbsp each), and cook without browning.
3 Add the konjac noodles and tofu.
4 Add the remaining tamari soy sauce (1 tbsp).
5 Add the crown daisies.
6 Simmer until the ingredients are soft.

The deep, rich flavor of tamari soy sauce makes all the difference.
