Cream Cheese Pickled in Koji Grain Miso

Ingredients (4 slices)

Cream Cheese Block 4 Slices
[A]
Koji Grain Miso 2 1/2 tbsp
Mirin (Sweet Sake) 2 tsp

How to Make

1 Add [A] to a bowl and mix.
2 Spread a large piece of plastic wrap, spread half of [A], and place cream cheese on top.
3 Spread the remaining [A] on top of the cream cheese, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 to 72 hours.
4 Wipe off [A] on the cream cheese with a spatula.
* [A] can be used as a dip for vegetable sticks, etc.

A rich and creamy miso-marinated cream cheese with deep umami and a hint of sweetness. Perfect with crackers or wine.
