| Koji Grain Miso | 2 1/2 tbsp |
| Mirin (Sweet Sake) | 2 tsp |
How to Make
| 1 Add [A] to a bowl and mix. |
| 2 Spread a large piece of plastic wrap, spread half of [A], and place cream cheese on top. |
| 3 Spread the remaining [A] on top of the cream cheese, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 24 to 72 hours. |
| 4 Wipe off [A] on the cream cheese with a spatula. |
| * [A] can be used as a dip for vegetable sticks, etc. |
