| Umeboshi Furikake | to taste |
| Pork belly | 100 g |
| Mayonnaise | 1 tbsp |
| Soy sauce | 1 tsp |
| Rice | 150 g (about 1/2 cup) |
How to make
| 1 Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the boiled pork belly and toss well to coat. |
| 2 Place the rice in a bowl. |
| 3 Top the rice with the pork mixture from Step 1. |
| 4 Sprinkle umeboshi furikake over the top and enjoy. |
| Tip Add vegetables or other toppings of your choice if desired. |
