Pork, Soy Sauce Mayo and Umeboshi furikake Rice Bowl

Ingredients(2 servings)

Umeboshi Furikake to taste
Pork belly 100 g
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Rice 150 g (about 1/2 cup)

How to make

1 Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce in a bowl. Add the boiled pork belly and toss well to coat.
2 Place the rice in a bowl.
3 Top the rice with the pork mixture from Step 1.
4 Sprinkle umeboshi furikake over the top and enjoy.
Tip Add vegetables or other toppings of your choice if desired.
