Let’s enjoy Ocha-zuke!
Ocha-zuke is a healthy Japanese dish made by pouring hot tea over rice. Sprinkle over rice and pour hot green tea over it to enjoy the sourness of umeboshi.
Top it with seaweed, salted kombu, salt-grilled white fish or cooked chicken breast and enjoy!

This sealed bag of KYOTO UJI Japanese Umeboshi Furikake Seasoning is mild taste with a pinch ofnfeeeze friend sour plum. The Sesame seeds are Soy Marinade, and it’s good Flavor of to mix with Various Foods. It’s Made in Japan with 100g. I put it on top of the rice and make the rice more tasteful. It’s small but and decent taste. It make not suitable for everyone, but it’s worth the try.
Tastes good, but the product might've been switched from the time I ordered to the time the product arrived to the house. Unfortunately didn't print an invoice, but I thought I purchased 16 oz for $14.xx, which is why I ordered it. In spite of that, the freeze dried natto are the perfect mildly bitter accompaniment to steamed rice.I shouldn't have to constantly babysit orders & get stuck printing things to combat a combination of cyber crime & delivery crime. I also don't need someone changing orders online & rationing things based on population density, etc. This isn't Communist China.
I love furikake and the wife loves sesame. This stuff is the perfect ramen topping for us! We use it on rice, cheapo ramen, fancy ramen, miso soup... delicious.
Taste great. Only one problem, paid too much for such a small tiny bag.
Adds a bit of zing to your dish!,
