Ingredients(2 servings)
| Umeboshi Furikake | To taste |
| Turnip | 3~3 1/2(About 320 g) |
| Sushi Vinegar | 2 tsp |
| Salt | 1 tsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
How to make
| 1 Peel the turnip and cut it into 3–5 mm slices. |
| 2 Place the slices in a plastic food bag with salt and sugar. Rub well and leave for 15 minutes. |
| 3 Rub the turnip again, drain in a colander, and return it to the bag. |
| 4 Add sushi vinegar, rub well again, and leave for another 15 minutes. |
| 5 Place in a bowl and sprinkle with umeboshi furikake before serving. |

Sesame umeboshi furikake with the refreshing tang of ume and the rich umami of sesame.
It’s a perfect seasoning for light and healthy dishes.
