【Ceremonial Grade Matcha】
Premium Ceremonial Grade Matcha is deep, sweet aroma and an elegant, full-bodied taste, with almost no bitterness and a rich flavor.
【Tea Ceremony】
Chanoyu is the traditional behavior for consuming green tea since the late 16th century. Nowadays, we can easily enjoy matcha in our daily life.
【Health Benefits of Matcha】
Green tea is rich in bioactive substances. Since matcha is a powder, you can directly ingest the nutrients as they are not extracted by water.
Qualified Tea Selection
The tea master visually sorts the tea leaves, then adds hot water and checks the aroma, taste and the color of tea. The color of the tea leaves when soaked in hot water at time of inspection determines the color when crushed. As a key point of matcha making, the color of the tea leaves is essential.
