Authentic Japanese Hojicha Powder

Made from roasted Japanese green tea leaves, our hojicha powder offers a warm, nutty flavor with low bitterness. Unlike regular green tea, hojicha is roasted, not steamed—giving it a deep, toasty aroma and a smooth reddish-brown hue. Perfect for drinks, desserts, and more.

Premium Organic Hojicha Tea

Crafted from 100% JAS-certified organic green tea leaves sourced from Uji, Kyoto. Produced in collaboration with local tea masters and from a heritage plantation with over 350 years of tea farming history.

Traditionally Roasted, Low Caffeine

Blended from Sencha, Bancha, and Kukicha leaves, traditionally roasted to remove bitterness and reduce caffeine. An ideal calming drink—suitable for children, pregnant women, and those avoiding caffeine.

Perfect for Baking and Sweets

Specially formulated for heat stability, our hojicha powder retains its rich roasted aroma even in cakes, cookies, puddings, and other desserts. A versatile staple for home cooks and professionals alike.

Creamy, Delicious Hojicha Lattes

Make café-style hojicha lattes at home. Mix with hot or cold milk for a creamy, nutty, aromatic drink. A great alternative to matcha—mellow, smooth, and deeply satisfying.
