How to Use
This is concentrated freeze-dried miso powder, not an instant soup packet. Start with 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of liquid. For dry sprinkling, start with a small pinch and adjust to taste. We recommend adding a small amount at a time, tasting as you go, and adjusting to your preference. This helps achieve the perfect balance without over-seasoning.
For Miso Soup: 1–2 tsp in 1 cup hot water. For Seasoning: start with ½ tsp, taste & adjust. For Marinades: 1–2 tsp mixed with butter or oil
