【Vegan-Friendly Curry Powder Mix】

Made in Japan, this vegan curry powder mix (known as curry roux in Japan) is crafted without animal-derived ingredients. Curry roux is a traditional Japanese curry base made by blending curry powder with spices, seasonings, and vegetables. Simply dissolve it in water or stock to create authentic Japanese-style curry, or use it as a versatile seasoning for stir-fries, vegetables, meat, soups, and more.

【Aromatic Blend of 14 Spices】

Made with 14 carefully selected spices, this curry releases a rich, fragrant aroma as soon as you open the package. Warm, sweet, and earthy notes come together to create a deeply satisfying Japanese curry experience.

【Rich Japanese Curry Umami】

Made with 14 spices, carrots, onions, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp, this curry mix delivers rich Japanese umami and a well-balanced medium heat. Naturally vegan, it's delicious in both plant-based dishes and traditional recipes with meat or vegetables.

【Gluten-Free & No Added Oils】

Unlike traditional Japanese curry roux, which is thickened with wheat flour, this curry mix uses rice flour, making it gluten-free. It also contains no added oils or fats, making cleanup easier after cooking with less oil residue left behind.

【More Than Just Curry】

Japanese curry is one of Japan's most beloved comfort foods and can be enjoyed in many ways beyond classic curry rice. Use this versatile curry mix to make curry udon, curry ramen, curry bread (kare pan), curry soup, or even creative recipes such as gratins, spring rolls, and more.
