How to Make
| 1 Mix the curry and mash the vegetables well. |
| 2 Soak the glass noodles in boiling water to rehydrate them. |
| 3 Make a paste with water and flour. Layer the noodles and curry from step 1 and 2 in the center of the spring roll wrapper. Brush the edges of the spring roll wrapper with the paste and seal. |
| 4 Deep fry slowly in oil at 350-360°F |
