Vegan curry spring rolls

Ingredients(10 rolls)

Left over curry 200 g
Spring roll wrappers 10
Glass noodles 30 g
proper quantity flour

How to Make

1 Mix the curry and mash the vegetables well.
2 Soak the glass noodles in boiling water to rehydrate them.
3 Make a paste with water and flour. Layer the noodles and curry from step 1 and 2 in the center of the spring roll wrapper. Brush the edges of the spring roll wrapper with the paste and seal.
4 Deep fry slowly in oil at 350-360°F

These vegan spring rolls are filled with chewy glass noodles and seasoned with our aromatic curry powder. Simple in ingredients, yet packed with rich spice flavor in every bite.
