Green Tea Jelly

 

Ingredients(4 servings)

Powdered gelatin 5 g
Water 25 ml
Hot water 300 ml
Green tea leaves 10 g
Granulated sugar 30 g

Method

1 Brew the green tea and set aside.Soften the powdered gelatin in water.
2 In a bowl, combine the softened gelatin, granulated sugar, and brewed tea, stirring until dissolved.
3 Stir well while cooling, and once it reaches room temperature and thickens, pour into serving containers.Chill until fully set.
4 Serve as is, or garnish with cream or sprinkle with powdered tea, if desired.
