How to make a basic curry

Ingredients (2 servings)

4tbsp Curry Powder Mix, 1/2 Potato, 2/3 Onion, 1/4 Carrot, 1tbsp Vegetable Oil

1. Cut the vegetables into bite-size. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat, fry the onions until tender, then add the potatoes and carrots and fry further. 3. Add 150 ml of water and simmer until soft. 4. Turn off the heat, dissolve this product in 150 ml of water, add to the pot and mix well. 5. Return to heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer about 7ー10 mins.
