Natto Powder – Superfood from Japan

Experience the essence of traditional Japanese health and flavor

What Is Natto? A Superfood Loved in Japan

Natto is a traditional Japanese superfood made by fermenting steamed soybeans with a probiotic culture called Bacillus subtilis. Known for its distinctive sticky texture and bold aroma, natto is packed with plant-based protein, fiber, and vitamin K2, making it a favorite among vegans and health-conscious eaters.

Popular in Japanese cuisine for centuries, natto supports gut health, heart health, and digestion, earning its place as a daily staple in many Japanese households. Whether you’re exploring authentic Japanese food or looking for natural ways to boost wellness, natto is a powerful addition to any diet.

Natto Powder – A Convenient Superfood Packed with Flavor and Nutrition

Natto powder is a nutrient-rich superfood made by fermenting whole soybeans with Bacillus subtilis, then gently dehydrating and grinding them into a fine powder. This process preserves the signature umami flavor, probiotic benefits, and plant-based nutrition of traditional natto, without the stickiness or strong aroma.

Perfect for smoothies, soups, sauces, and rice dishes, natto powder offers an easy and versatile way to enjoy the health benefits of fermented soy, including support for gut health, immune function, and heart wellness. Ideal for vegans, athletes, and anyone looking to add a clean, natural boost to their diet.

Key Benefits: Probiotic-rich, versatile, easy to store and use, great in soups, dressings, and rice bowls.

What Is Hikiwari Natto? A Nutrient-Dense Twist on Traditional Natto

Hikiwari Natto is a type of fermented soybean made by finely chopping the soybeans before fermentation. This unique process boosts nutrient absorption and creates a smoother, more spreadable texture, ideal for those new to natto or looking for a milder experience.

Compared to whole-bean natto, Hikiwari Natto delivers 1.5x more vitamin K, along with powerful plant-based protein, probiotics, and fiber. It's a go-to superfood for vegans, gut health support, and anyone interested in traditional Japanese fermented foods with added nutritional benefits.

This works well for starter. You just put some on the cooked soy beans and let it ferment at about 105° for 24 hours.

If natto grosses you out but you still want the health benefits, this is your loophole. Smells like almost nothing, mixes into your rice or salad, and doesn’t ruin your kitchen. My gut biome is throwing a parade.

Great product in a small package! I tested product for its gooeyness factor when moistened between my thumb and index finger upon receiving it. A positive result told me the bacillus is alive and active. If not gooey, I would have asked for a refund.
