Seafood paella made with dashi soup stock

Ingredients (2~3servings)

2 cup of rice/1 squid/Clam: 150g/Onion: 1/2/Shimeji mushroom: 100g/Canned Tomato: 1(400g)/Dashi stock: 1packet/Water: 600mL/Olive oil: 3tbsp/Cooking sake: 2tbsp/Sweet sake: 2tbsp/Soy sauce: 2tbsp/Powderd bell pepper: Small amount/Parsley: As you like

*Add the dashi stock to 600ml of water, boil for 2-3 minutes to make the dashi soup, and then let it cool. *Cook for approximately 15 minutes (25 minutes if using induction).

Minced pork: 150g/Tomato: 1/Green beans: 8/Zucchini: 1/Egg plant: 1/Curry powder: 1tbsp/Dashi stock: 1packet/Vegetable oil: 1tbsp

[A]Onion: 1/2/A clove of garlic/A slice of ginger

*Finely chop the [A], and cut the other vegetables to your desired size. *To use the umami soup stock, tear the bag open and add the powder inside.

Oyako-don (Chicken and egg rice bowl)

Ingredients (2serving)

2Eggs/A piece of chicken thigh/Onion: 1/2/Dashi stock: 2packets/Water: 360mL/Soy sauce: 4tsp/Sugar: 4tsp/Mirin(sweet sake): 1/2tsp/Rice: Amount of your choice

1.Boil water and add the dashi stock and simmer. 2. Remove the dashi packet, add the cut chicken thighs and simmer until cooked through. 3. Add sliced green onions and cook some more. 4. Add the seasonings and bring to a boil, then pour in the beaten eggs. 5. When cooked properly, serve over rice.

Ingredients (2serving)

[A]Ground chicken thigh : 250g/Ginger:Small amount/Cooking sake : 1tbsp/Potato starch : 1tsp/A pinch of pepper

Dashi stock : 1packet/Water : 500mL/A pinch of salt/Shiitake mushroom:1/Green beans : 4/Chinese chives:1/2 stalk

1.Make chicken meatballs with [A] ingredients. 2. Boil water with soup stock packet and add chicken meatballs. 3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the vegetables and simmer. 4. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the salt, adjust the taste and it’s done.

Lazy Miso Soup

Ingredients (one bowlful) Your choice of ingredients (such as dried foods, tofu, or frozen vegetables—ingredients that don’t require thorough cooking are recommended): appropriate amount/Umami dashi powder: 1 tsp/Miso powder: 1 and 1/2 tsp/Hot water: about 150 ml

Simply put all the ingredients and seasonings into a bowl, add hot water, and mix well. You can easily enjoy a quick miso soup. *Adjust the amount of seasoning to suit your preferred taste.

Great for more than just Japanese food!

Spaghetti and Meatballs with Miso Powder

Ingredients (2 Servings) Pasta 200g, [A] Mince Meat 500g/1 Egg/1tbsp Basil/1tbsp Miso Powder/1tbsp Dried Herbs/1tbsp Panko/Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Parmesan, To Taste, [B] 1 Onion/1 Carrot/1 Tinned Tomatoes/1/2tbsp Dried Herbs/1tsp Miso Powder/Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, To Taste

Mix [A] and shape into meatballs. Bake at 180 for 30 min, occasionally turning. Fry onion and carrot, then add [B]. Simmer, then blend (optional). Cook the pasta. Combine the sauce, meatballs and pasta. Serve and enjoy!

*Drain the boiled penne in a strainer, return it to the pot, add the cheese, melt it and dress it with garlic miso powder. *Make it quickly before the cheese hardens.

Garlic Miso Butter Rice

Ingredients (1serving) Rice:150g/Green onion:5g/Minced meat:20g/Butter:10g/Garlic miso powder:2tsp/a pinch of salt

*Put the butter in a frying pan, add the rice, minced meat, and green onions, and stir-fry until broken up. *When the rice is separated, add garlic miso powder and salt and stir-fry furthermore. *When browned all over, it is done.

Potato Gratin with Garlic Miso Powder

Ingredients (2serving) Potato:300g/Garlic miso powder:3tsp/Milk:100mL/Butter:10g/

Sliced cheese:2~3slices

*Add the garlic miso powder to the milk and simmer down a little over low heat, stirring often to avoid burning. *Cut potato into 2~3cm rounds and microwave for 4~5 minutes until soft. *Add butter to B, mash roughly, add A, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster until browned.

Grilled Sweet Corn with Garlic Miso Powder

Ingredients (2serving) Sweet corn:1/Garlic miso powder:1tsp/Soy sauce:1/2tsp/Mirin(Sweet sake):1/2tsp

A. Wet the corn with husk with water, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 1000W for about 1 minute and 10 seconds. B. Cut into 6 pieces and place on aluminum foil. Mix garlic miso powder, soy sauce, and mirin together and spread on the corn. C. Bake in a toaster for 10 minutes.

Shio Yakisoba with Natto Furikake

Ingredients (2 servings) 400g Yakisoba Noodles (steamed)/100g Pork Belly/100g Cabbage /40g Carrot /30g Onion /1tbsp Sesame Oil /1tbsp Soy Sauce /1tsp Chicken Broth Powder /1/2tsp Salt /1tsp Grated Garlic /4tsp Natto Furikake

1.Cut the vegetables 2. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork. 3. When the pork is cooked, add the vegetables and fry. Once cooked, add noodles, then add a bit of water. 4. Mix well, add seasonings and stir-fry more. 5. Serve and sprinkle Natto Furikake on top.

Tamagoyaki with Natto Furikake

Ingredients (1 serving) 2 Eggs/ 1tsp Soy sauce/ Natto Furikake as needed/ Salad Oil as needed

1. Add soy sauce to egg and mix. 2. Put oil in a frying pan and add beaten eggs. Add you preferred amount of furikake and roll the eggs to complete the dish. (Add salt or pepper to taste)

Cheese pizza bread with wasabi furikake

Ingredients(1serving)

French bread: 2slices, Wasabi furikake: 1/2tbsp, Mayonnaise: 1/2tbsp, Onion: Small amount, Processed cheese: one piece

1.Slice onion and cut cheese into cubes. 2.Mix wasabi furikake and mayonnaise and spread it on bread. Put onions and cheese on top and bake in the oven. 3.Enjoy with wasabi furikake sprinkled on top as you like!

Sanshoku Donburi (chicken, scramble, spinach) with wasabi furikake

Ingredients(2people)

Wasabi furikake 2/3tbsp, Rice Appropriate amount, Scrambled egg: 2eggs, Sweet sake 1tsp, Salt small amount, Minced Chicken: Ground chicken 100g, Sugar 1tsp, Soy sauce 1tbsp, Grated ginger small amount, Spinach: Spinach 80g, Soy sauce 1/2tsp, Sesame oil 1/2tsp

Boil the spinach, soak it in cold water and squeeze it thoroughly. Add seasoning and mix. / Mix ground chicken with seasonings and stir-fry over heat. / Serve on top of rice, sprinkle wasabi furikake on top and enjoy!

Grilled chicken breast with mayonnaise and pickled plum

Ingredients(2Servings) Chicken breast: 200g, Umeboshi Furikake: 2tsp

[A]Mayonnaise: 1/2tbsp, Sugar: 1tsp, Pepper: As needed

1.Place the cut chicken breast and [A] in a plastic food bag, rub together, and leave for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to blend. 2.Grill the chicken, and when it is golden brown, sprinkle on some pickled plums and grill a little longer.

*The mayonnaise makes it juicy. No cooking oil is needed.

Pork, Soy Sauce Mayo and Umeboshi furikake Rice Bowl

Ingredients (1serving) Pork belly: 100g, Mayonnaise: 1tbsp, Soy sauce: 1tsp, Rice: 150g (About 1/2Cup)

A.Mix the mayonnaise and soy sauce, then add the boiled pork and toss. B.Put rice in a bowl, put (A) on top, sprinkle with umeboshi furikake and enjoy.

*Add toppings such as vegetables to your liking.

Turnip Pickles in Sushi Vinegar with Umeboshi Furikake

Ingredients (2serving) Turnip: 3~3 1/2(About 320g), Sushi Vinegar: 2tsp, Salt: 1tsp, Sugar: 1tsp, Umeboshi Furikake 1 1/2tsp

A. Peel the turnip and cut it into 3-5mm slices. Place in a plastic food bag with salt and sugar, rub well and leave for 15 minutes. B. Rub well again, drain in a colander and return to the bag, add sushi vinegar, rub again and leave for 15 minutes. Place in a bowl and enjoy with umeboshi furikake.

Radish Sprouts, tofu and Umeboshi Furikake salad

Ingredients (2serving) Radish sprouts: 30g, Firm tofu: 200g, Canned tuna: 1, Umeboshi furikake: 1/2tbsp

1. Place the cut radish sprouts in a bowl. 2. Crumble the drained firm tofu and add it to (1)3. Add the tuna, drained of oil, to (2) and mix all together softly. 4. Serve in a bowl and enjoy with umeboshi furikake.
