2 Eggs/50g Granulated Sugar/45g Cake Flour/7g Sakura Powder/20g Unsalted Butter/30mL Milk/10g Honey [Cream] 165g Heavy Cream/15g Granulated Sugar
*Mix the sakura powder with the flour and sift it before using.
*Bake the batter in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 14 minutes.
*Top with pickled cherry leaves, optional.

Ingredients (About 20pieces)
Flour: 115g/Unsalted Butter: 60g/Sugar: 50g/Matcha paste: 1tbsp
A. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl until smooth. B. Add the flour and matcha paste to A and knead well. C. Shape into a 2cm diameter log, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. D. Remove the plastic wrap, cut into 1.5cm pieces and place on a baking tray. E. Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool it after baking and it's ready.
Matcha Chocolate Gâteau
Ingredients (1 pound cake mold)
White Chocolate: 200g/Heavy Cream: 100mL/Egg: 2/Matcha paste: 1 1/2tbsp
A. Melt the white chocolate and add the cream, matcha paste, and eggs in that order, then mix well. B. Pour into the mold and bake in a water bath for about 40 minutes. C. Once baked, let it cool and then refrigerate in the mold. D. Remove from the mold and cut to your desired size.

A. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry the onion until soft and pliant. B. Reduce heat to low, add rice flour and stir fry until no longer powdery, then gradually add milk. C. Add the consommé and matcha paste and once it thickens, add salt to taste. D. Add boiled spaghetti and mix with sauce, then serve and top with prosciutto.
Chicken, Potato and Mushroom Stir-Fry with Matcha

Hojicha Pudding
Ingredients (5 Puddings)
Hojicha Powder:2tbsp(8g)/Milk:300mL/Sugar:35g/Powdered gelatin:5g
1. Pour water over gelatin to soften it. 2. Heat the milk and dissolve the sugar, then add the hojicha powder and mix. 3. Turn off heat and add gelatin to dissolve. Strain through a colander and dissolve the hojicha powder grains well. 4. Pour into a cup, let cool, then put in the refrigerator to harden and ready.
Hojicha Chiffon Cake
Ingredients (1chiffon cake mold)
4Eggs/Vegetable Oil:3tbsp/Water:70mL/All-purpose flour:75g/Hojicha Powder:2tbsp(8g)/Granulated Sugar:60g/A Pinch of Salt
*Separate eggs into yolks and whites. *The recommended baking time is 30 minutes at 180℃. Preheat the oven before baking. *Allow to cool completely before removing from the mold.

Hojicha Powder:2 1/2tbsp(10g)/Water:300mL/Sugar:25g/Powdered gelatin:5g
1. Boil 300mL of water and dissolve the sugar. 2. When sugar is dissolved, turn off heat and add powdered gelatin and dissolve well. 3. Add the hojicha powder to step 2 and mix well to dissolve. 4. Once it has cooled to body temperature, pour it into a cup and chill it in the refrigerator.
*You can top it with cream or mix it with milk to make crushed jelly as you like.

1. Warm up milk in a microwave and whip with a mixer for at least 20 seconds.
