Pasta Arrabbiata with Shichimi Togarashi Paste

Ingredients (2serving) Pasta:200g/A pinch of salt/Shichimi Paste:1/2tsp

[A] Olive Oil:3tbsp/A clove of garlic/Onion:1/2

[B] 1 Canned tomatoes(400g)/Consommé:1/2cube/Sugar:1tbsp

1.While the pasta is boiling, make the pasta sauce. 2.Add [A] to a frying pan and fry. 3.When the onions are caramelized, add [B] and simmer. 4.Add shichimi paste to finish the sauce. Mix with pasta and enjoy!

Short Pasta(penne) with Garlic Miso Powder and Minced Meat

Ingredients (1serving) Penne:50g/Sliced cheese:1/Garlic miso powder:1tsp/Onion : half/Ground beef and pork : 20g/Parsley:5g

*Drain the boiled penne in a strainer, return it to the pot, add the cheese, melt it and dress it with garlic miso powder. *Make it quickly before the cheese hardens.

Spaghetti and Meatballs with Miso Powder

Ingredients (2 Servings) Pasta 200g, [A] Mince Meat 500g/1 Egg/1tbsp Basil/1tbsp Miso Powder/1tbsp Dried Herbs/1tbsp Panko/Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Parmesan, To Taste, [B] 1 Onion/1 Carrot/1 Tinned Tomatoes/1/2tbsp Dried Herbs/1tsp Miso Powder/Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, To Taste

Mix [A] and shape into meatballs. Bake at 180 for 30 min, occasionally turning. Fry onion and carrot, then add [B]. Simmer, then blend (optional). Cook the pasta. Combine the sauce, meatballs and pasta. Serve and enjoy!
