Lazy Miso Soup

Ingredients (one bowlful) Your choice of ingredients (such as dried foods, tofu, or frozen vegetables—ingredients that don’t require thorough cooking are recommended): appropriate amount/Umami dashi powder: 1 tsp/Miso powder: 1 and 1/2 tsp/Hot water: about 150 ml

Simply put all the ingredients and seasonings into a bowl, add hot water, and mix well. You can easily enjoy a quick miso soup. *Adjust the amount of seasoning to suit your preferred taste.

Great for more than just Japanese food!

Spaghetti and Meatballs with Miso Powder

Ingredients (2 Servings) Pasta 200g, [A] Mince Meat 500g/1 Egg/1tbsp Basil/1tbsp Miso Powder/1tbsp Dried Herbs/1tbsp Panko/Garlic, Salt, Pepper, Parmesan, To Taste, [B] 1 Onion/1 Carrot/1 Tinned Tomatoes/1/2tbsp Dried Herbs/1tsp Miso Powder/Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, To Taste

Mix [A] and shape into meatballs. Bake at 180 for 30 min, occasionally turning. Fry onion and carrot, then add [B]. Simmer, then blend (optional). Cook the pasta. Combine the sauce, meatballs and pasta. Serve and enjoy!

Cookies with miso powder

Ingredients (for 24 cookies)

Cake Flour 120g/Miso powder 10g/Unsalted Butter 75g/Cane Sugar 50g/Egg Yolk 1piece/Sliced Almonds 20g(optional)

*Use only egg yolks. *Add butter, miso powder, and cane sugar (divided into 3 parts) in this order and mix well. *Preheat oven to 180℃ and bake for 13~15 minutes.

Recipes for Cooking with Garlic Miso Powder

Short Pasta(penne) with Garlic Miso Powder and Minced Meat

Ingredients (1serving) Penne:50g/Sliced cheese:1/Garlic miso powder:1tsp/Onion : half/Ground beef and pork : 20g/Parsley:5g

*Drain the boiled penne in a strainer, return it to the pot, add the cheese, melt it and dress it with garlic miso powder. *Make it quickly before the cheese hardens.

Garlic Miso Butter Rice

Ingredients (1serving) Rice:150g/Green onion:5g/Minced meat:20g/Butter:10g/Garlic miso powder:2tsp/a pinch of salt

*Put the butter in a frying pan, add the rice, minced meat, and green onions, and stir-fry until broken up. *When the rice is separated, add garlic miso powder and salt and stir-fry furthermore. *When browned all over, it is done.

Potato Gratin with Garlic Miso Powder

Ingredients (2serving) Potato:300g/Garlic miso powder:3tsp/Milk:100mL/Butter:10g/

Sliced cheese:2~3slices

*Add the garlic miso powder to the milk and simmer down a little over low heat, stirring often to avoid burning. *Cut potato into 2~3cm rounds and microwave for 4~5 minutes until soft. *Add butter to B, mash roughly, add A, top with cheese, and bake in a toaster until browned.

Grilled Sweet Corn with Garlic Miso Powder

Ingredients (2serving) Sweet corn:1/Garlic miso powder:1tsp/Soy sauce:1/2tsp/Mirin(Sweet sake):1/2tsp

A. Wet the corn with husk with water, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave at 1000W for about 1 minute and 10 seconds. B. Cut into 6 pieces and place on aluminum foil. Mix garlic miso powder, soy sauce, and mirin together and spread on the corn. C. Bake in a toaster for 10 minutes.
