Dried Natto- Easy to Rehydrate

Step1

Place 10g of dry natto from the bag into a bowl.

*The powder in the bag is freeze-dried Bacillus natto kinase. Please use it together.

Step2

Pour water to make the natto just covered.

*If you rehydrate 10g of dried natto, it becomes 1 pack (40g) of natto sold commercially in Japan.

Step3

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Enjoy!

Remove from the refrigerator, stir and enjoy.

If natto grosses you out but you still want the health benefits, this is your loophole. Smells like almost nothing, mixes into your rice or salad, and doesn’t ruin your kitchen. My gut biome is throwing a parade.

This works well for starter. You just put some on the cooked soy beans and let it ferment at about 105° for 24 hours.
