Bouillabaisse with Vegetable Stock

Ingredients (2 servings)

Cod 150 g
Shrimp 2
Onion 1/2
Potato 1
[B]
Canned Peeled Tomatoes 150 mL
Vegetable Stock 1 packet
Water 400 mL
White Wine 100 mL
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste

How to Make

1 Wash the shrimp thoroughly and remove the vein. Slice the onion into wedges and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces.
2 Heat olive oil in a pot and add the ingredients [A] in the order listed and stir fry.
3 Add the white wine to step 2 and reduce by half. Add [B] and simmer for 20 minutes.
