How to Make
| 1 Wash the shrimp thoroughly and remove the vein. Slice the onion into wedges and cut the potato into bite-sized pieces. |
| 2 Heat olive oil in a pot and add the ingredients [A] in the order listed and stir fry. |
| 3 Add the white wine to step 2 and reduce by half. Add [B] and simmer for 20 minutes. |
