Green Tea Jelly
Ingredients
(4serving)
5g powdered gelatin
25ml water
300ml hot water
10g green tea leaves
30g granulated sugar
Method
- Brew the green tea and set aside.
Soften the powdered gelatin in water.
- In a bowl, combine the softened gelatin, granulated sugar, and brewed tea, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir well while cooling, and once it reaches room temperature and thickens, pour into serving containers.Chill until fully set.
Serve as is, or garnish with cream or sprinkle with powdered tea, if desired.
