Green Tea Jelly
Ingredients(4 servings)
| Powdered gelatin | 5 g |
| Water | 25 ml |
| Hot water | 300 ml |
| Green tea leaves | 10 g |
| Granulated sugar | 30 g |
Method
| 1 Brew the green tea and set aside.Soften the powdered gelatin in water. |
| 2 In a bowl, combine the softened gelatin, granulated sugar, and brewed tea, stirring until dissolved. |
| 3 Stir well while cooling, and once it reaches room temperature and thickens, pour into serving containers.Chill until fully set. |
| 4 Serve as is, or garnish with cream or sprinkle with powdered tea, if desired. |
