Somen noodles 150 g
Green tea 150 cc
[A] Salt 1 tsp
      Water 150 cc
      Umami dashi 1/3 tsp
[B] Green onions to taste
      Grated ginger to taste
      White sesame seeds to taste

How to Make

1 Cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold running water and drain well.
2 In a pot, bring ingredient A to a boil, then add green tea and ice to chill.
3 Add ingredient B to taste, if desired.
