| Umami dashi | 1/3 tsp |

How to Make
| 1 Cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold running water and drain well. |
| 2 In a pot, bring ingredient A to a boil, then add green tea and ice to chill. |
| 3 Add ingredient B to taste, if desired. |
