Somen Noodles with Green Tea Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
(2serving)
150g Somen noodles
150cc Green tea
[A]1 tsp salt/ 1/3 tsp 150cc waterpowdered dashi/
[B]Green onions, grated ginger, and white sesame seeds to taste.
Method
- Cook the somen noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse under cold running water and drain well.
- In a pot, bring ingredient A to a boil, then add green tea and ice to chill.
- Add ingredient B to taste, if desired.
