Large tomato, sliced 1
Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced 100 g
Natto koji 2–3 tbsp
Fresh basil leaves to taste
Olive oil 1 tsp
A pinch of black pepper

How to Make

1 Slice the tomato and mozzarella into even rounds.
2 Alternately arrange the tomato slices and mozzarella on a plate.
3 Spoon a small amount of natto koji over the top of each slice.
4 Add fresh basil leaves, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.
