Ingredients(2 servings)

Salmon fillets (or sliced meat of your choice) 2
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Flour as needed
Salt and pepper to taste

Egg 1
Grated cheese 2 tbsp
Curry dashi stock 1/2 tbsp

How to make

1 Season salmon with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.
2 Mix [A] ingredients well and dip the salmon into the mixture.
3 Heat olive oil in a frying pan and cook salmon until golden brown on both sides.
4 Serve hot, optionally with ketchup or your favorite sauce.
