Garlic Miso Butter Rice

Ingredients (1serving)

Garlic miso powder 2 tsp
Rice 150 g
Green onion 5 g
Minced meat 10 g
Butter 1 piece
a pinch of salt

How to make

1 Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
2 Add the rice, minced meat, and green onions, and stir-fry until the meat is cooked and the rice is broken up.
3 Once the rice is separated, add the garlic miso powder and salt, and continue stir-frying.
4 Cook until lightly browned all over, then serve.

This recipe is easy to digest and gentle on the stomach.
