Ingredients (2 servings)
| Hojicha Powder | 2 1/2 tbsp(10 g) |
| Water | 300 mL |
| Sugar | 25 g |
| Powdered gelatin | 5 g |
How to make
| 1 Boil 300mL of water and dissolve the sugar. |
| 2 When sugar is dissolved, turn off heat and add powdered gelatin and dissolve well. |
| 3 Add the hojicha powder to step 2 and mix well to dissolve. |
| 4 Once it has cooled to body temperature, pour it into a cup and chill it in the refrigerator. |
| 5 *You can top it with cream or mix it with milk to make crushed jelly as you like. |

This recipe is easy to digest and gentle on the stomach.
