Hojicha Jelly

 

Ingredients (2 servings)

Hojicha Powder 2 1/2 tbsp(10 g)
Water 300 mL
Sugar 25 g
Powdered gelatin 5 g

How to make

1 Boil 300mL of water and dissolve the sugar.
2 When sugar is dissolved, turn off heat and add powdered gelatin and dissolve well.
3 Add the hojicha powder to step 2 and mix well to dissolve.
4 Once it has cooled to body temperature, pour it into a cup and chill it in the refrigerator.
5 *You can top it with cream or mix it with milk to make crushed jelly as you like.

This recipe is easy to digest and gentle on the stomach.
